Once classes begin, all entrances and exits will be closed, and students will not be allowed to leave the premises unless there is an urgent and genuine reason.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"268\" data-end=\"465\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"271\" data-end=\"465\"><strong data-start=\"271\" data-end=\"292\">Leave Application<\/strong>: If a student is absent on any particular day, they must submit a written leave application signed by their guardian. This will be required for record-keeping and approval.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"621\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"470\" data-end=\"621\"><strong data-start=\"470\" data-end=\"501\">Absence for Extended Period<\/strong>: Any student who is absent for 15 consecutive days without prior leave approval will be struck off the institute rolls.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"828\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"828\"><strong data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"659\">Prohibition of Valuable Items<\/strong>: Students are advised not to bring valuable or precious items to the institute. The institute will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"996\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"996\"><strong data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"863\">Care of Institute Property<\/strong>: Students must handle all institute property with care. Any damage caused to the property will result in strict disciplinary action.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1178\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1178\"><strong data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1021\">Dismissal Policy<\/strong>: The institute reserves the right to dismiss any student whose academic progress is consistently unsatisfactory or whose behavior negatively impacts others.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1344\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1344\"><strong data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1207\">Complaints Procedure<\/strong>: Any complaints regarding a teacher should be brought directly to the attention of the concerned authority, following proper procedures.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1504\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1504\"><strong data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1386\">Responsibility for Personal Items<\/strong>: The institute will not be responsible for the loss of any personal items, including ornaments or costly possessions.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1506\" data-end=\"1686\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1686\"><strong data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1535\">Attendance Requirement<\/strong>: A minimum of <strong data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1568\">80% attendance<\/strong> in class is mandatory for students to remain eligible for examinations and promotion at the end of the academic year.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rules of the Institute Timely Arrival: Students are required to reach the campus on time.
